About Us

Dianne Bowman

Director of Prompt Settlements, has been a Conveyancer most of her working life.  Dianne started as a junior in a legal office in Queensland, quickly learning all aspects of conveyancing during the boom times of the early eighties.   Once married Dianne moved throughout Australia, completing settlements in Victoria and New South Wales before moving to Perth.  Dianne has extensive knowledge of the varying conveyancing procedures that currently operate within Australia.

In Perth Dianne commenced conveyancing studies whilst working and raising a family and was granted her Settlement Agents Licence in 2004.  Recently, Dianne completed further training through the Australian Institute of Conveyancers WA Division to become a Certified Practising Conveyancer  (CPC)

Recognizing the importance of a professional, personalized service to her clients, Dianne commenced Prompt Settlements in 2005 in Riverton and quickly became the area’s local settlement specialist.

Dianne is well respected throughout the industry and has been nominated twice for the prestigious Dorothy Peacock Excellence Award for “an outstanding contribution by an individual to the Conveyancing Profession”.   Dianne proudly won this award in 2011.

Sonia Prendergast

Sonia Prendergast is the Licensee for Prompt Settlements. Sonia has over 15 years experience working within the Conveyancing industry. Starting as a Outside Clerk for one of the biggest Settlement Agents in Perth Sonia has worked herself up to completing her Diploma of Conveyancing in 2008 and was granted her Settlement Agents License in 2009. Sonia has completed further training with the AIC to obtain and be acknowledged as a CPC. Her knowledge obtained in those years will create a smooth settlement process for her clients.

Sonia's focus with Prompt Settlements is to ensure all clients receive the highest standard quality service and prides herself on providing a personalized, efficient and prompt service.
